Cash Pop
Cash Pop offers simple game play, fast-paced draws and the chance to win prizes of up to $5,000. There are four chances to win to win every hour, and all you have to do is match one number between 1 and 15.
How to Play
It could not be much easier to play Cash Pop, as all you need to do is pick one number from 1 to 15. You can also decide how much to wager. All the details are outlined below.
The game is available from all Michigan Lottery retailers. You can use a self-serve machine if you don’t want to fill out a playslip.
Playing Cash Pop In-Store
Select a number from 1 to 15. Mark the ‘Easy Pick’ option if you would prefer a random selection rather than choosing your own.
You are allowed to choose more than one number. In fact, you can even select ‘Play All’ to enter all 15 numbers into the draw, which would ensure you definitely get a payout.
Choose your dollar amount. This is how much you want to wager per number. The options are $1, $2, $5 or $10.
Select the number of consecutive drawings you want to play – 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10 or 15.
The total cost is your wager amount multiplied by how many numbers you play, and multiplied again by the number of consecutive drawings.
When you receive your ticket, each of your selected numbers will be printed within a circle. There will also be a prize value contained within the same circle, showing you how much you would win if that number is drawn.
Ticket Purchasing Times
Cash Pop drawings take place every 14 minutes. You can buy tickets for the next drawing right up to the point when it is about to take place. If you just miss the cut-off, you will be entered into the next drawing a few minutes later. Ticket sales are open between 5:00 a.m. and 2:59 a.m.
How to Win
All you need to do to win a Cash Pop prize is match your selected number to the number that is drawn. If you’ve ticked the ‘Play All’ box, a payout is guaranteed, although you might not necessarily win more than the amount it has cost you to wager on every number.
Prizes and Odds
The following tables show how much you can win for each wager amount. The more dollars you spend, the more it is possible to win, up to a top prize of $5,000 if you pay $10 for a number.
For each wager amount, the prize value generated on your ticket is assigned at random, based on the odds shown in these tables. For example, only a few tickets will be assigned the top prize, while far more will have the chance to win a lower payout.
Regardless of the prize amount shown on your ticket, your chances of winning are always 1 in 15 for each number played.

Prize Payment Options
As the top prize in Cash Pop is $5,000, it is paid out as a lump sum. There is no annuity option. Prizes will be paid in cash or, if you claim by mail, via check.
