The Michigan Lottery runs regular raffles, which you can play for the chance to win great prizes. In a raffle, the prizes are guaranteed to be won, not like a lottery draw when the jackpot can roll over.

How to Play
Playing a Michigan Lottery raffle is easy. You can only usually play online, so just log in to your account to get started.
All the tickets are Easy Picks - you do not have to choose any numbers, you will be automatically given a raffle number. All you need to do is select how many tickets you wish to purchase, then proceed to the checkout to pay for your entries.
There is not a set draw date for raffles - the winning numbers will be selected right after every ticket has been sold. Tickets can sell out quickly, so it is a good idea to play early.
To win a prize, the number on your ticket must match up exactly with one of the winning numbers.

Full of $50s
Full of $50s is a raffle with a grand prize of $5,000. There are also thousands of other prizes on offer, so there’s an excellent chance of winning.
How it Works
- You can buy tickets for Full of $50s at a cost $10 each
- This raffle is only available online
- There are 10,000 tickets, which will be issued in numerical order
The drawing takes place when all 10,000 tickets are sold, which usually takes around a month from the time they become available for purchase. If tickets do not sell out, the draw will be held one year after they were first put on sale. You can choose from the following options when you play online:
- Quick Pick – You can select $20 (two tickets), $50 (five tickets) or $100 (10 tickets)
- Manual selection – Specify how many tickets you want to buy
Once you have purchased your tickets, you can find the details in your online account and you just have to wait for the draw to take place to see if you are a winner.
Prizes and Odds
There are three prize categories in Full of $50s. The following table shows the different amounts, the number of prizes and the odds of winning. In total, there are guaranteed to be 1,301 winners, sharing a combined $80,000.

The overall odds of winning a prize are 1 in 7.69
For each prize category, the advertised number of winning codes will be selected at random. If your ticket number is a match, you win the corresponding prize. All the winning numbers will be between 1 and 10,000.
50th Anniversary 50/50
The 50th Anniversary 50/50 raffle was launched to celebrate 50 years of the Michigan Lottery. You can win a gigantic $50,000 if your ticket number is drawn as the big winner. Here’s more information about how it works:

- Tickets cost $5 each
- There are 20,000 tickets available, to be issued in numerical order
It only usually takes a few weeks for all the tickets to be sold, and when there are none left the drawing will be conducted automatically. A drawing would be held after one year if any tickets remained unsold. To play online, you just have to follow these steps:
- Decide how many tickets you want. You can choose a Quick Pick of $10 (two tickets), $20 (four tickets) or $50 (10 tickets), or just select how many you would like
- Select Checkout and pay for your tickets. You can review your numbers in your account
Prizes and Odds
There is only prize in the 50th Anniversary 50/50, but it’s worth a huge $50,000. One winning ticket number, between 1 and 20,000, will be drawn at random after all the tickets have been sold. If the number on your ticket matches it, you win the grand prize. The odds of winning are 1 in 20,000, which are far better than the odds of landing most lottery jackpots.
If you win, you will be notified automatically by email. You will then have to submit an online claim within one year of the drawing date.
