How to Play
To play Lucky for Life, you pick five main numbers from 1 to 48 and a Lucky Ball number from 1 to 18. You can play online or in-store by purchasing tickets from an authorized lottery retailer. The player guide below outlines all the steps you need to follow to take part:
Select your numbers. You can choose your own or have a random combination chosen for you by marking the 'Easy Pick' option. The Lucky Ball is drawn from a separate set to the main balls, so you can have the same number twice on your ticket
Pick as many sets of numbers as you want. You can play up to 10 panels per ticket
Decide how many drawings to enter. You can play up to 30 in a row. Write the number of draws you wish to enter in the ‘multiple draw wagers’ section
Pay the retailer for your ticket. It costs $2 for a single entry
You can ask for a Replay if you have a ticket from the previous 31 days and want to use the same numbers again. A new ticket will be reprinted in time for the next available draw with all the same selections. You need to purchase your tickets before the cut-off time of 9:04 p.m. to be eligible for that night’s drawing.
Prizes and Odds
There are 10 prizes in Lucky for Life and they are all fixed amounts. To win the top prize of $1,000 a day for life, you must match all five main white balls and the Lucky Ball. The second prize is worth $25,000 a year for life and is won if you match all five main numbers without the Lucky Ball.
There is also a cash option for both the top two prizes if you would prefer. Jackpot winners can opt to receive $5.75 million, while winners of the second prize have the option to get paid $390,000.

If you win the jackpot or second prize, you must request the cash option within 60 days of the date you claim it if this is your preference, otherwise you will receive the payments for life.
